國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展概況:近年來(lái),我國(guó)在泵行業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,但是我國(guó)大多數(shù)泵制造企業(yè)規(guī)模不大,產(chǎn)品更新不夠快,質(zhì)量不夠高,在許多方面和國(guó)外泵還有較大的差距。目前工業(yè)泵普通產(chǎn)品供大于求,高水平、高質(zhì)量的特殊產(chǎn)品供不應(yīng)求,還需從國(guó)外進(jìn)口,產(chǎn)品的水平與用戶要求差距較大。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的現(xiàn)象尤為明顯,產(chǎn)品達(dá)到當(dāng)代世界先進(jìn)水平極少,大部分僅達(dá)到80年代末90年代初的水平,不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。一方面產(chǎn)品積壓嚴(yán)重,另一方面市場(chǎng)急需的產(chǎn)品試制太慢或短缺,沖不出傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的格局。與國(guó)外的動(dòng)態(tài)差距并沒(méi)有縮小,形勢(shì)不容樂(lè)觀。在泵站設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),只能選用性能差不多的有限幾種定型產(chǎn)品,這樣不但降低了泵站效率,而且還留下很多不安全隱患。我國(guó)大多數(shù)水泵制造企業(yè)規(guī)模不大,缺乏高精度加工、檢測(cè)等工藝設(shè)備。新工藝、新材料、新技術(shù)(包括CAD\CAM等)未能得到普遍的推廣和應(yīng)用。 國(guó)外發(fā)展概況:國(guó)外泵的發(fā)展速度較快,技術(shù)也更為先進(jìn)。國(guó)外大型水泵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)制造出來(lái)的泵,一般具有轉(zhuǎn)速高、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其流量是我國(guó)同口徑水泵流量的1.5~2倍。尤其是荷蘭、日本、美國(guó)、原蘇聯(lián)等國(guó)家,水泵的性能指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于國(guó)內(nèi)。荷蘭較注重科研的投入,其科研力量很強(qiáng),設(shè)施較為完善,對(duì)水泵及其進(jìn)出水流道均有比較系統(tǒng)的研究。國(guó)外尤其是工業(yè)水平較為發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,他們?cè)谒玫脑O(shè)計(jì)和制造方面和對(duì)水泵研究的重視程度,的確值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒,但并不是說(shuō)他們?cè)谒迷O(shè)計(jì)和制造領(lǐng)域是盡善盡美的,也同樣需要在泵的揚(yáng)程和流量等重要參數(shù)上作出一步突破,這就需要在水泵機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)上投入力量。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外泵行業(yè)向大型化、高速化、高強(qiáng)度、高壓力、高可靠性、長(zhǎng)壽命、系統(tǒng)控制和機(jī)、電儀一體化等高科技方向發(fā)展,其中,壽命、可靠性及自動(dòng)化己成為選擇泵時(shí)的主要考慮因素。

In many respects, there is still a big gap with foreign pumps. At present, the supply of general industrial pumps exceeds demand, and high-level, high-quality special products are in short supply, and they need to be imported from abroad. Products have reached the advanced level of the contemporary world very few, and most of them only reached the level of the late 1980s and early 1990s, which cannot adapt to the changes in market demand structure. On the one hand, the product backlog is serious, and on the other hand, the trial production of products urgently needed by the market is too slow or in short supply to break the pattern of traditional products. The dynamic gap with foreign countries has not narrowed, and the situation is not optimistic. In the design of the pumping station, only a limited number of finalized products with similar performance can be selected, which not only reduces the efficiency of the pumping station, but also leaves many unsafe hidden dangers. Most of the water pump manufacturing enterprises in China are small in scale and lack high-precision processing, testing and other process equipment. New processes, new materials, and new technologies (including CAD\CAM, etc.) have not been widely promoted and applied. Overview of foreign development: The development of foreign pumps is faster and the technology is more advanced. Pumps manufactured by large foreign pump manufacturers generally have the advantages of high speed, small size, and light weight, and their flow is 1.5 to 2 times that of our country's water pumps of the same caliber. Especially in the Netherlands, Japan, the United States, the former Soviet Union and other countries, the performance indicators of water pumps are significantly better than those of domestic ones. The Netherlands pays more attention to investment in scientific research, its scientific research strength is very strong, the facilities are relatively complete, and the water pump and its inlet and outlet channels are relatively systematically studied. Foreign countries, especially those with relatively advanced industrial level, are indeed worthy of our learning and reference in the design and manufacture of water pumps and their emphasis on water pump research, but it does not mean that they are perfect in the field of water pump design and manufacturing. It is also the same. It is necessary to make a breakthrough in important parameters such as the pump head and flow rate, which requires investment in the improvement of the pump mechanical structure. With the development of science and technology, the domestic and foreign pump industry is developing towards large-scale, high-speed, high-strength, high-pressure, high-reliability, long-life, system control and integration of mechanical and electrical instruments. Among them, life, Reliability and automation have become the main considerations when choosing a pump.
